A LITTLE HISTORY
XIMEX was founded by two veteran commercial real estate professionals who were continuously frustrated by the lack of both communication and consistency in the pest control industry. They recognized an opportunity for a pest control company that had a clear focus on communication, follow-up and customer satisfaction. The result was an eco-friendly, heat-based bed bug eradication service that quickly became the go-to provider for many of Toronto’s biggest landlords.
Along the way, they partnered with other like-minded pest control businesses and began offering a full range of state-of-the-art services.
Based in Muskoka, the team team rolled their experience and relationships in the industry into XIMEX, a collective of experienced, forward-thinking pest control solution providers serving cottage country, the GTA and all of south central Ontario.
